Welcome to the Anxiety, Behavior, and Cognition Lab!
The Anxiety, Behavior, and Cognition (ABC) lab at Southern Illinois University is located in Carbondale, IL. The ABC Lab is dedicated to increasing our understanding of the development, maintenance, and treatment of anxiety and depression symptoms.
More specifically, we are interested in (1) studying the developmental psychopathology of anxiety and depression in children, (2) understanding attentional deficits underpinning worry, rumination, and other forms of repetitive negative thinking, and (3) integrating technology and web based applications into the assessment and treatment of anxiety and depression. We are also excited to begin incorporating EEG and ERP methods into our work.
